Program terms

Never Broke includes a three-day Miami summit and a 90-day formation sprint. Dates and venue will be announced after confirmation.

Tuition and exclusions

Tuition is $10,000 after acceptance. Travel, lodging, legal work, tax work, entity formation, administration, insurance, and investment capital are not included.

Educational boundary

The program provides education, frameworks, group discussion, and formation support. It does not provide individualized legal, tax, investment, financial, or brokerage advice. Participation does not guarantee a deal, funding, introduction, income, return, ownership interest, GP interest, or platform access.

Separate pooled GP opportunity

Tuition does not purchase an investment or GP interest. Completing the cohort may create an opportunity to be considered for a separate pooled GP purchase with separate eligibility, price, disclosures, documents, subscription, and acceptance.

Cancellation

The enrollment agreement will state the approved cancellation, transfer, rescheduling, force majeure, and removal terms before payment.
