Day 1
Own
Name the value you bring. Learn to speak about your access, experience, trust, and reputation without shrinking or performing.
A private three-day summit + 90-day formation sprint
Never Broke teaches you how to recognize your social capital, move with intention, read risk, and build the structure that captures the value you create.
Miami · Dates to be announced · Private selection · 15-person cap
The real work
You may know the right people and still understate your value, make the wrong introduction, accept a weak position, or miss the danger in front of you.
Social capital only works when you understand what created it. Trust has a history. Reputation carries expectations. Every introduction spends some of both.
You will learn how to enter a room, state what you bring, read what other people want, protect your relationships, and choose a position that matches your value.
Three days. A different way to move.
Day 1
Name the value you bring. Learn to speak about your access, experience, trust, and reputation without shrinking or performing.
Day 2
Read the room. See incentives, power, timing, risk, and hidden agendas. Know when to lead, partner, wait, or leave.
Day 3
Choose your position, understand the economics, and build the structure that captures the value you create.
Try the method now
One careful pause can protect a relationship that took years to build. Never Broke turns that level of judgment into a repeatable practice.
What changes
Each session changes how you act, speak, decide, and protect your relationships. The written ownership file helps you repeat that behavior after the room ends.
Practice after the room
For 90 days, you practice how you speak, activate relationships, read opportunities, and hold your position.
Day 30 measures how clearly you own your value. Day 60 measures how responsibly you use your social capital. Day 90 measures whether you built a sound path to capture value. A future platform invitation remains separate and requires independent review.
What you build
Organize at least 50 meaningful relationships. Track trust, context, introductions, follow-ups, opportunities, and the next responsible move.
Define your investment thesis, deal standards, capital needs, economics, decision rights, team, and professional review checklist.
Clarify your public position. Align your biography, LinkedIn, social profiles, talking points, website direction, and content themes.
Build a press-ready one-sheet, three story pitches, a focused media list, speaker outreach, and a 30-day content package.
How progress is measured
We measure both the assets you build and the actions you take. Coverage, interviews, deals, funding, and returns are never guaranteed.
Who this is for
What this can grow into
Completing the cohort may make a member eligible to consider buying into that cohort’s pooled GP stake. The purchase is optional and separate from tuition. Members who later do documented work - such as sourcing an opportunity that passes independent review and performs - may also be considered for an additional GP contribution allocation. Raising capital does not earn that allocation.
You may choose to form and lead your own vehicle, raise capital through lawful channels, acquire cash-flowing assets, and capture the fees and carried interest tied to the work you actually perform. Your vehicle remains separate and requires its own counsel, structure, administration, disclosures, and underwriting.
Tuition provides the opportunity to be considered for the separate GP purchase; it does not include or guarantee a stake. Any purchase requires final offering documents, eligibility review, disclosures, and a separate investment decision. Any additional allocation requires a written role and measurable contribution. No allocation is earned for introducing investors or based on capital raised.
Founding cohort
Included: the three-day summit, 90-day formation sprint, private relationship CRM, investment vehicle blueprint, social profile positioning, content package, press kit, and one targeted outreach campaign.
Separate: travel, lodging, legal or tax work, entity formation, filings, administration, media buying, outside publicists, and investment capital.
Private conversation
This is not the application. Tell us what you want to change, and we will decide whether a private conversation makes sense.
